1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any services provided by 117jl (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 117jl.cam (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 117jl, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from accessing online gaming platforms under any applicable law or regulation.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering an account with 117jl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

As required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, all players must complete identity verification before being permitted to withdraw funds. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine driver's license, passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, or other officially recognized identification. 117jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations.

2.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication methods. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify 117jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

You acknowledge that 117jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and activities conducted using your account credentials.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 117jl. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. If 117jl detects or reasonably suspects that you have opened or control multiple accounts, we reserve the right to immediately close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions, confiscate any winnings, and retain any deposits as liquidated damages.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

117jl accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), cryptocurrency, and other authorized payment channels. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 117jl account originate from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. Deposits made using third-party payment methods, stolen credit cards, or funds obtained through illegal means are strictly prohibited. 117jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits and may refuse or return any deposit that raises suspicion regarding its origin or legality.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy and timeframes. Standard withdrawal processing takes up to 24 hours for verified accounts, with expedited processing available for VIP members. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks as required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering legislation.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. 117jl does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary depending on your account status, verification level, and chosen payment method. Withdrawal fees may apply as specified in our fee schedule.

Before processing any withdrawal, 117jl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. All deposits must meet minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Unless otherwise specified, deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal eligibility is established. 5.2 Betting Rules and Limits

5.3 Incomplete or Interrupted Games

In the event that a game is interrupted due to technical malfunction, server disconnection, or other technical issues beyond your control, 117jl will make reasonable efforts to restore the game and allow completion. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be voided and funds returned to your account, except where game rules specify alternative resolution procedures.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

6.1 Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 117jl platform:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and recreational gaming.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting outcomes.
• Using automated systems, bots, spiders, or other mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with the Platform.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party.
• Using the Platform while located outside the Philippines or in any prohibited jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.

6.2 Account Restrictions and Closure

117jl reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused promotional offers, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. We may also close accounts in response to requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors.

In the event of account closure for breach of terms, 117jl reserves the right to confiscate any funds in your account, void all pending bets, and retain deposits as liquidated damages. If your account is closed due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 117jl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Platform.

117jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that technical difficulties, server downtime, and maintenance periods may occur and agree that 117jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such events.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 117jl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or services.
• Your breach of any representations, warranties, or covenants made herein.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., or through litigation in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Complaints and Regulatory Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 117jl is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. If you have a complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for investigation and resolution in accordance with their established procedures.

12. Amendments and Modifications

117jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates or changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.

13. Severability
