Who We Are
Welcome to 117jl, the Philippines' leading online gaming destination where cutting-edge technology meets authentic Filipino hospitality. Since our establishment in 2020, we've built a reputation as the most trusted and player-focused online casino platform in the country, serving over 50,000 satisfied Filipino players from Luzon to Mindanao. Our mission is simple yet profound: to deliver world-class gaming entertainment that combines international quality with local convenience, all while maintaining the highest standards of security, fairness, and responsible gaming.
At 117jl, we understand the unique needs and preferences of Filipino players. That's why we've designed our entire platform around your requirements - instant deposits through GCash and PayMaya, game selections featuring titles popular in Philippine communities, customer support available in both English and Tagalog 24/7, and payment methods that actually work for players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond. We're not just another international casino that accepts Philippine players; we're a platform built specifically for you, by people who understand Filipino gaming culture.
Our portfolio spans over 1,000 premium games from the world's leading providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, and many others. Whether you're spinning the reels on JILI slots, placing bets on PBA games, enjoying live dealer baccarat, or trying your luck with bingo, every game on 117jl is certified fair, properly licensed, and optimized for mobile play on Philippine networks. We believe gaming should be accessible, enjoyable, and trustworthy - values that guide every decision we make as a company.
Our Core Values
The foundation of 117jl's success lies in our unwavering commitment to five core values that shape every aspect of our operations. These aren't just words on a page - they're principles we live by every single day, reflected in how we treat players, design our platform, handle transactions, resolve issues, and plan for the future. When you choose 117jl, you're partnering with a company that puts these values into action consistently.
Integrity First
Honesty and transparency guide everything we do at 117jl. Our games use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing labs. Our terms and conditions are written in plain language. Our payout percentages are published openly. We never manipulate odds, delay withdrawals unfairly, or hide important information in fine print. When you win, you get paid - it's that simple.
Player Protection
Your security is our top priority. We employ bank-level SSL encryption, multi-factor authentication, continuous fraud monitoring, and strict identity verification protocols. Your personal data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks. 117jl is committed to keeping you safe both online and in your gaming habits.
Local Excellence
We're proud to be a platform designed specifically for Filipino players. Our payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and other local options. Our customer support team speaks Tagalog fluently. Our sports betting covers PBA, UAAP, and local events. Our promotions recognize Philippine holidays and cultural moments. At 117jl, you're not just another account number - you're part of a community we truly understand and serve.

The online gaming industry evolves rapidly, and 117jl stays ahead through continuous technological investment. Our mobile platform works flawlessly on all devices, even on slower 4G connections common in the Philippines. We partner with the newest game providers to bring you the latest releases first. Our payment processing infrastructure ensures instant deposits and fast withdrawals. Innovation drives everything we build.
Exceptional Service
Great technology means nothing without great people behind it. The 117jl customer support team operates 24/7/365, responding to live chat inquiries within 2 minutes on average. Our agents are trained extensively on every aspect of the platform and empowered to resolve issues quickly. Whether you need help with a deposit, have questions about a bonus, or need technical assistance, we're here for you always.
Responsible Gaming
We believe gaming should be entertainment, never a problem. 117jl provides comprehensive tools to help you maintain healthy gaming habits: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Our support team is trained to recognize problem gambling signs and provide resources. We comply fully with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and partner with BeGambleAware Philippines to support player wellbeing.
What Makes Us Different
The online gaming market in the Philippines is crowded, with dozens of platforms competing for your attention. So what makes 117jl stand out? Why should you trust us with your gaming entertainment and hard-earned money? The answer lies in several key differentiators that separate us from competitors and demonstrate our genuine commitment to Filipino players.
PAGCOR Licensed
We operate under full PAGCOR licensing and regulation, ensuring complete legal compliance with Philippine gaming laws. This means regular audits, fair gaming standards, and player fund protection through segregated accounts. When you play at 117jl, you're playing legally and safely under government oversight.
Instant Deposits
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly at 117jl, appearing in your account within seconds. No waiting, no delays, no frustration - just immediate access to your funds so you can start playing right away. We also accept bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph for maximum flexibility.
Premium Game Selection
Our 1000+ game library features only the best titles from top international providers. We carefully curate our selection to include games that Filipino players actually enjoy, not just random titles to inflate numbers. Every slot, table game, and live dealer offering meets our strict quality standards.
Mobile Optimized
Over 80% of our players access 117jl through smartphones, so mobile optimization isn't optional - it's essential. Our responsive platform works perfectly on all devices, loads quickly even on 4G connections, and provides the full desktop experience in a mobile-friendly format. No app download needed.
Fast Withdrawals
We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for standard accounts, with VIP players enjoying same-day payouts. No unnecessary delays or complicated verification processes once your account is verified. Your winnings belong to you, and 117jl ensures you receive them quickly and reliably.
Generous Bonuses
Our welcome package, reload bonuses, cashback programs, tournaments, and VIP rewards provide genuine value. Unlike platforms with impossible wagering requirements, 117jl structures bonuses fairly with reasonable conditions. We want you to actually enjoy and benefit from promotions, not just be tempted by them.
Our Journey
The 117jl story began in 2020 when a team of gaming industry veterans and technology experts identified a gap in the Philippine market: Filipino players deserved a world-class online casino built specifically for their needs, not just international platforms accepting Philippine registrations as an afterthought. From that insight, 117jl was born with a clear mission - to become the most trusted, player-focused gaming destination in the Philippines.
2020 - Foundation & Launch
After months of platform development, payment integration, game provider partnerships, and PAGCOR licensing procedures, 117jl officially launched to Filipino players. Our initial portfolio featured 300 games from 15 providers, GCash integration, and 24/7 customer support. The response from the gaming community exceeded our expectations, validating our approach of putting Filipino players first.
2021 - Growth & Expansion
As our player base grew rapidly, we expanded our game library to over 600 titles, added PayMaya and bank transfer options, launched our VIP program, and introduced sports betting covering international and Philippine markets. We also implemented advanced security features including two-factor authentication and enhanced fraud detection systems to protect our growing community.
2022 - Mobile Optimization
Recognizing that most players accessed 117jl through smartphones, we invested heavily in mobile platform optimization. Our responsive design was completely rebuilt, game loading times were reduced significantly, and the interface was redesigned for touch-first interaction. The result was a seamless mobile experience that rivals dedicated apps without requiring downloads.
2023 - Premium Partners
We established partnerships with the gaming industry's top providers including Evolution Gaming for live dealers, Pragmatic Play for slots, and Betsoft for specialty games. Our library surpassed 1000 titles, including exclusive games not available on competing Philippine platforms. We also launched cryptocurrency deposits and began offering same-day withdrawals for VIP members.
2024 & Beyond - Innovation Continues
Today, 117jl serves over 50,000 active players and continues innovating relentlessly. We're constantly adding new games, improving platform performance, enhancing security measures, expanding payment options, and developing features based on player feedback. Our commitment to being the Philippines' best online gaming platform never wavers, and our best years are still ahead.
Security & Licensing
Trust is earned through demonstrated commitment to security, compliance, and player protection. At 117jl, we take our responsibilities seriously and implement multiple layers of protection to ensure your safety, privacy, and peace of mind. Our security infrastructure matches or exceeds that of Philippine banks, protecting your financial information and personal data with the same rigor.
Our PAGCOR license isn't just a badge on our website - it represents continuous compliance with strict regulatory standards governing fair gaming, responsible operator behavior, financial solvency, player fund protection, and ethical business practices. PAGCOR conducts regular audits of our operations, game fairness, and financial procedures to ensure we maintain the high standards required of licensed operators. This government oversight provides you with recourse and protection that unlicensed platforms simply cannot offer.
All games on 117jl use certified Random Number Generators tested by independent auditing firms like iTech Labs and GLI. These RNGs are regularly re-certified to ensure they remain fair and unpredictable. We publish our game payout percentages transparently and never manipulate odds or results. What you see is what you get - genuine, fair gaming outcomes every time you play.
Your personal and financial data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same technology that secures online banking transactions worldwide. All sensitive information transmitted between your device and our servers is scrambled into unreadable code, making interception useless to potential attackers. We also employ firewalls, intrusion detection systems, regular security audits, and strict access controls to protect our infrastructure from both external threats and internal misuse.
